As Venio’s President and Chairman of the Board, Bimal Tamrakar is responsible for strategic planning and initiatives, collaborating with management on the company’s growth, financial performance, and operational objectives.
As an entrepreneur, Bimal has founded several IT companies since early 1990s, such as World Distribution Nepal, a leading IT integrating company. WDN has work with Fortunes 500 companies such as Dell, Cisco and Oracle. Nepasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a leading software service company, and Nepasoft Solution LLC, an American company focused mainly on software development and IT services. Bimal received his bachelor’s degree in computer science and his master’s degree in computer management from University of Pune.
Arestotle Thapa is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Venio Systems, as well as the long-term vision for the company and its products. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and a U.S. Army veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in the IT field and Software Engineering, including more than 10 years building e-discovery solutions. Arestotle holds a master's degree in M.I.S. from George Washington University School of Business and also holds numerous certifications including MCSE, MCDBA, CDIA+, and a Federal CIO certification from the GSA CIO University.
EVP, Client Services
Chris Jurkiewicz is a co-founder of Venio Systems and is responsible for client management and services. He began working in the e-discovery industry while still pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Marymount University and rose to Vice President of On-site’s Electronic Data Discovery division within three years. Chris’ deep experience in some largest and complex multinational e-discovery cases enables him to understand the industry and market as well as the technical and functional sides of products and services.
Chris is recognized as an expert throughout the e-discovery industry, has spoken on numerous panels, and has been called upon as an expert witness.
EVP, Customer Support
Steven Tan is responsible for delivering a top quality experience to all clients. He is an experienced e-discovery professional with 12 years of experience in various roles at numerous service provider as e-Discovery analyst and e-Discovery Manager. Before starting Venio, he also served as a software development manager at On-Site.
Steven has a B.S. in business administration with a major in M.I.S. from Southern Connecticut State University. He is a Concordance Certified Administrator.
Senior VP Marketing and Sales
Robert Childress has joined Venio Systems LLC as a Senior VP Marketing and Sales starting Oct 2014.
He is recognized as one of the 20 most influential people in the legal software industry. Throughout the years, he has held senior positions with a number of key technology corporations including LexisNexis, Thomson & Thomson, Elsevier Science, CXA, Inc., McGrawHill, Shepards, Wave Software, The Lawyer Charity Challenge and most currently The Masters Conference. While at LexisNexis, Childress managed product design and software sales for legal management software products for their government and legal markets. As the president of Wave Software, Childress has been the catalyst for the tremendous growth of the company, developing it into one of the leading legal technology companies in the industry. During his tenure, Childress has been awarded numerous government contracts from clients such as the FBI, CIA, White House and Homeland Security which have bolstered the company’s already elite portfolio of clients. Among his many achievements, Childress is also the Chairman of the Board for a Foreign Language Immersion school, the founder of the Masters Conference and the co-founder of a charity golf event for lawyers. He counts the 2004/2005 National Register Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals and the 2005 Small Businessman of the Year among his awards. Currently, Childress resides in Florida with his children and wife, Shawnna Childress, who is also involved in the eDiscovery industry and is recognized as a co-founder of Women in eDiscovery, a nonprofit group with 8,600 plus active members.

Paul Iszard has more than 15 years experience in enterprise software sales, sales management, cloud computing, compliance, and risk management. He has a proven record of success in building sales processes and sales teams and has successfully launched new corporate initiatives and defined go-to-market strategies. His leadership and market strategies have resulted in increased market share, revenue, and profitability in both products and services at every stop. Paul has a B.S. from ECPI University.
