  • Bimal Tamrakar,
    President and Chairman
    As Venio’s President and Chairman of the Board, Bimal Tamrakar is responsible for strategic planning and initiatives, collaborating with management on the company’s growth, financial performance, and operational objectives.
    As an entrepreneur, Bimal has founded several IT companies since early 1990s, such as World Distribution Nepal, a leading IT integrating company. WDN has work with Fortunes 500 companies such as Dell, Cisco and Oracle. Nepasoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a leading software service company, and Nepasoft Solution LLC, an American company focused mainly on software development and IT services. Bimal received his bachelor’s degree in computer science and his master’s degree in computer management from University of Pune.
  • Arestotle Thapa,
    Arestotle Thapa is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Venio Systems, as well as the long-term vision for the company and its products. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and a U.S. Army veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in the IT field and Software Engineering, including more than 10 years building e-discovery solutions. Arestotle holds a master's degree in M.I.S. from George Washington University School of Business and also holds numerous certifications including MCSE, MCDBA, CDIA+, and a Federal CIO certification from the GSA CIO University.
  • Chris Jurkiewicz,
    EVP, Client Services
    Chris Jurkiewicz is a co-founder of Venio Systems and is responsible for client management and services. He began working in the e-discovery industry while still pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Marymount University and rose to Vice President of On-site’s Electronic Data Discovery division within three years. Chris’ deep experience in some largest and complex multinational e-discovery cases enables him to understand the industry and market as well as the technical and functional sides of products and services.
    Chris is recognized as an expert throughout the e-discovery industry, has spoken on numerous panels, and has been called upon as an expert witness.
  • Steven Tan,
    EVP, Customer Support
    Steven Tan is responsible for delivering a top quality experience to all clients. He is an experienced e-discovery professional with 12 years of experience in various roles at numerous service provider as e-Discovery analyst and e-Discovery Manager. Before starting Venio, he also served as a software development manager at On-Site.
    Steven has a B.S. in business administration with a major in M.I.S. from Southern Connecticut State University. He is a Concordance Certified Administrator.
  • George Thornton,
    VP, Business Development
    As Vice President of Business Development, George Thornton is charged with helping to propel the company into an elite class of legal technology products and creating global awareness and adoption of the company’s unique integrated platform technology. He has more than 20 years of experience in litigation and e-discovery management and has worked on behalf of diverse clients, in several roles, and on many large e-discovery projects worldwide. George has held diverse business leadership roles at large national and international service providers including Ernst & Young, PCG, Onsite3, LDiscovery, and LDSI. Prior to working as a consultant and executive director, George was one of the first full-time litigation support professionals at what is now Clifford Chance. He was also one of the founders of Sight Search, a top-tier litigation support placement firm.
    George has published many articles on legal technology and authored and delivered accredited CLE courses and has his B.A. from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
  • Paul Iszard,
    VP, Business Development and Sales
    Paul Iszard has more than 15 years experience in enterprise software sales, sales management, cloud computing, compliance, and risk management. He has a proven record of success in building sales processes and sales teams and has successfully launched new corporate initiatives and defined go-to-market strategies. His leadership and market strategies have resulted in increased market share, revenue, and profitability in both products and services at every stop. Paul has a B.S. from ECPI University.
