The Evolution of eDiscovery on the Cloud” Workshop captivated attendees with valuable insights garnered from VenioOne OnDemand.

Executives from Venio Systems, developers of the VenioOne eDiscovery platform, presented at the Technology in Practice 2017 Conference held November 8 – 10, 2017 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto, Canada.

Chris Jurkiewicz, executive vice president of Venio Systems, and Charles Lavallée, vice president of Venio Systems, presented a workshop titled “The Evolution of eDiscovery to the Cloud” as part of the Conference Technology Showcase. The presentation discussed how electronic discovery in the cloud has redefined the legal industry, as well as the vast benefits of using a cloud platform such as VenioOne OnDemand.

Launched in 2016, VenioOne OnDemand is a secure, user friendly and cost efficient electronic discovery solution that enables users to immediately upload, analyze, review and produce electronic documents. The unified e-Discovery platform features centralized administration with the flexibility to scale seamlessly across multiple internal and client locations, without the labor or cost required to buy, install, and maintain additional infrastructure.

“We enjoyed visiting our partners in Canada. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we believe it is important to listen to our clients’ needs and continually innovate relevant solutions” stated Mr. Jurkiewicz after the Conference. The Technology Showcase provided attendees with an opportunity to learn about “eDiscovery in the Cloud” and experience first-hand how VenioOne OnDemand can positively impact organizations with unprecedented ease of use, efficiency and cost savings.

“Many attendees were excited to learn how easy it is to provide their clients with intuitive ways to collect and upload data to add to a case from anywhere. The ability to send a secure, time sensitive link, upload their data and quickly get real-time access was a clear winner” noted Mr. Lavallée. “Having more control of your own data and eDiscovery workflow is critical for any law firm or corporation”
