Venio to Showcase New eDiscovery Project Manager

VIP Wristbands for eDiscovery’s All-Chapter Charity Event will also be available at Venio’s Booth 2612

Venio Systems, the leading provider of integrated eDiscovery Project Manager for corporations, law firms and service providers, will be demonstrating its seamless Venio Integrated eDiscovery project Platform at LegalTech 2014. LegalTech takes place at the New York Hilton on February 4-6, 2014. Venio has booth 2612.

The Venio Integrated eDiscovery Platform includes an advanced analytical tool, Venio Assisted Review, as a built-in workflow to accurately and automatically review the documents based on training sets. Venio Assisted Review has the ability to train with existing document sets or external texts and delivers a flexible workflow to prepare documents for sampling, tagging and defining sample sets as examples. It also includes a built-in workflow to test the quality of training sets and predicted sets and the ability to view accuracy of the predictive coding models. Venio Assisted Review is optimized to increase efficiency and reduce cost.

By leveraging distributed computing, Venio performs many times better than competing products, as evidenced in some recent performance evaluations: in one recent test, Venio performed almost 15 times as well as its nearest competitor, processing in 27 hours—with one technician and one machine—what its nearest competitor took four technicians and four machines 100 hours to do.

“Our mission is to deliver simple workflows that are fast and powerful enough for any size eDiscovery project,” said Arestotle Thapa, CEO of Venio Systems. “Our tools are designed to deliver operational efficiency throughout the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, as well as advanced analytical tools to reduce risk and cost.” Venio is also a leader in information flow, with a customizable back end that provides visual reports in real time, as well as Venio Touch, a mobile app that allows stakeholders to stay informed anytime and anyplace.

Venio recently partnered with Evolver Legal Systems to offer the platform as a hosted solution in Evolver’s high-performance private cloud. The resulting PaaS offering bundles Venio’s feature-rich application and tool suite with Evolver’s redundant, highly secure data center to deliver a reliable, scalable, platform that provides outstanding performance and value across the EDRM lifecycle. Details are available at www.evolverlegal.com and representatives from Evolver will be in Venio’s booth 2612 at LegalTech on Wednesday February 5 to demonstrate this innovative offering.

Venio also recently announced that iDiscovery Solutions (iDS) has selected the Venio Integrated eDiscovery project Platform as one of its tools. iDS is known to handle some of the most complex challenges faced by discovery professionals. Representatives of iDS, including Managing Director Dan Regard—a Legal Times Top-3 eDiscovery Expert for 2013—will be in Venio’s LegalTech booth 2612 on February 4th and 6th.

Both Venio and iDS are Presenting Sponsors of the 7th Annual b-Discovery All-Chapter Charity Event at ARENA NYC at 9pm on February 4. VIP Wristbands for the party, which is the most-attended social event during LegalTech, will be available all day on Tuesday the 4th and can be secured at Venio’s booth.
