FAIRFAX, VA — Venio Systems, a leading provider of e-discovery and legal review solutions, today announced the completed integration of Case Insight™, eDiscovery AI's Early Case Intelligence™ solution, into the Venio eDiscovery platform. Building on the strategic partnership the two companies announced in January 2025, the integration marks a significant milestone in Venio's AI strategy, advancing the collaboration from a shared commitment to a fully operational capability available to legal teams on live matters today.
The Venio platform now directly integrates eDiscovery AI's capabilities, enabling legal teams to utilize AI within the discovery process. Built on eDiscovery AI's REST APIs, the integration securely processes data and delivers results without requiring data export or external tools, keeping all activity within the platform.
Within Venio's end-to-end platform, from legal hold through production, legal teams now have native AI integrated into the stages where it matters most:
- Case Insight: Case Insight, eDiscovery AI’s flagship Early Case Intelligence™ solution, delivers a key events timeline, key people profiles, a case narrative and triage of all documents into categories and relevance, surfacing what matters within the first hours of a matter before review begins.
- Review Suite: eDiscovery AI’s Review suite combines AI-driven relevance review, which accelerates the pace and precision of document assessment with rigorous privilege identification, review and logging throughout the review process.
By surfacing critical facts earlier in the matter lifecycle and applying AI-driven classification throughout the review process, the integration addresses the most resource-intensive stages of e-discovery. Legal teams of every size can materially accelerate their work while upholding the standards of defensibility that courts and regulators demand, with every result delivered natively within the Venio platform.
"This integration reflects our conviction that advanced AI should reach legal teams inside the end-to-end platform they already trust - not alongside it," said Zef Deda, Chief Revenue Officer. "By embedding eDiscovery AI's capabilities natively within Venio, we are delivering earlier insight, faster review and results our clients can defend without their data ever leaving the platform."
"Most legal AI tools tells you what to look at after the fact. Case Insight, running natively inside Venio, informs you on day one, before review even starts, who the key players are, what events matter and where the risk sits," said Jim Sullivan, chief executive officer of eDiscovery AI. "Pair that with Venio's single-governed environment from hold to production, and legal teams are no longer just bolting AI onto their process. They're running one defensible system that's smarter from the first document in."
The integration is available immediately to Venio’s eDiscovery customers. To learn more or to arrange a demonstration of the integrated AI experience, visit www.veniosystems.com.
